Hi, I’m Parul — a home manager, wellness curator, and the founder of HealthAfter35.
Like many of you, I reached a point in my 30s when my body, mind, and energy began sending new signals. That’s when I knew: staying healthy after 35 was a different game — and it deserved a different kind of conversation.
Why I Started This Blog
Navigating health in my mid-30s didn’t come with a handbook. Between managing my family, keeping up with responsibilities, and making time for myself, I often found health advice to be either too complicated or not relevant to my stage of life.
So, I started HealthAfter35 as a real-talk space — a blog for practical tips, simplified wellness, and support that fits into our everyday lives. It’s where we decode the science, ditch the guilt, and focus on progress, not perfection.
My Mission
I created this blog to empower people—especially women over 35—to take back control of their health with small, meaningful changes. You won’t find extremes here.
